I am a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) and hold a Masters of Arts in Counseling from the University of Central Florida. Additionally, I am currently working toward National Board Certification in Health and Wellness Coaching through Vanderbilt University Medical Center Osher Center for Integrative Medicine. I have over 12 years of academic and professional experience in counseling, education, and wellness. I am trained in EMDR therapy.
In my counseling practice, I address health and wellness concerns using a holistic, person-centered approach. This means I help clients explore all life domains including mind-body connection, environment, relationships, self-compassion, spirit and soul, daily rhythm and balance. I provide psychotherapy with an action oriented, solution-focused coaching approach woven in. I meet clients where they are and offer an empathic, nonjudgmental space where authentic and meaningful discovery and change can unfold.
I am here to support you in creating positive, lasting changes in your life. You can learn more about my practice by visiting the Therapy Collective Blog!
