she/her

My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, helping them become the best version of themselves as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of Maryland. I received my MSW from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, where I studied Clinical Behavioral Health with a concentration in Child and Family Studies. I worked in the foster care system for two years before returning to school for my master’s degree.

I utilize a strengths-based and trauma-focused approach that incorporates tools from Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am a certified provider in The Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills (PEERS), which is the first evidence-based social skills training for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other social challenges. I have a keen interest in supporting clients and their family members who have developmental disabilities. I enjoy working with clients aged 16 and older.

I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorder, with a particular focus on supporting young adults as they navigate life transitions. I am dedicated to assisting my clients in identifying their strengths and fostering a deeper understanding of themselves through personal growth. In my free time, I enjoy horseback riding and playing with my cats.
