Through my education in Internal Family Systems therapy, I have learned that all of us are multi-faceted, meaning that we all have various parts to our personality that are designed to keep us safe. However, sometimes these parts of us can create obstacles to our growth. Together in the therapy session, we will work on identifying these inner protectors that have developed damaging core beliefs and then releasing those burdens. In every therapy session, I strive to create an environment that is warm, supportive, non-judgmental, and empathetic.

I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. During counseling sessions, I utilize a variety of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Imago therapy to help clients work through issues related to grief, life transitions, relationships, self-esteem, anxiety, and depression.

I received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park. I graduated in 2017 from the George Washington University with a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology and then went on to pursue a Master’s degree in Clinical Professional Counseling from Loyola University. This is my third year working in private practice.
