My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients to feel supported and empowered as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. I am passionate about helping clients from all backgrounds identify their strengths, explore opportunities for growth, and get to know themselves more deeply.

I graduated from the University of Maryland School of Social Work in 2020 and have since gained experience working with teens, young adults, and adults facing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and co-occurring substance use disorders. Utilizing a humanistic, person-centered approach, I work collaboratively with my clients to help them develop a stronger sense of self and healthier interpersonal relationships. My approach to therapy is eclectic; I incorporate techniques and skills from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Humanistic/Person-centered therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness to personalize the therapy process to best meet my clients' unique needs.

In my time away from the therapy office, I enjoy practicing yoga, hanging out with my two cats, and spending time outdoors. I strongly believe that finding the right therapist is essential to the therapeutic process, so I welcome a free phone consultation to determine if we are a good match!
