I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 16 years of experience. I received my Masters' degree in Social Work from the University of Connecticut in 2005 and a Bachelor's degree in History with minors in Theology and Social Work from St. John's University. I am currently licensed in the states of Maryland, Connecticut, and California. Throughout my career, I have worked in community mental health clinics, residential treatment facilities, and various public school settings.

I have significant experience working with adults and teens dealing with issues including (but not limited to): depression, anxiety, ADHD, adolescent/child executive functioning, PTSD, trauma, and multi-cultural issues. I use elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy specific to my clients' needs.

I believe getting to the root of what is going on in a client’s life is the key to helping people flourish. I am committed to supporting clients through self-exploration and creating change by utilizing the strengths and supports that each client already has.
